Asthma is neurogenic inflamamtory disease with paroxysmal clinical picture.

Migraine and trigeminal neuralgia are neurogenic inflammatory diseases with paroxysmal clinical picture.

Antiepileptic drugs are effective in pharmacotherapy of migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, epilepsy and bronchial asthma.

Asthma, epilepsy, migraine and trigeminal neuralgia have some similarities in mechanisms.
